Primary & Secondary Cleaners
The scraping blade is made of Polyurethane compound rubber. Its low friction coefficient is good in corrosion resistance, higher in strength with out damaging the belt, especially steel cord belt. Features: The flexibility of the scraper is high, when the belt is worn by the material thus showing uneven form, the scraper can still be tightly fitted to the belt on the head drum through irregular rotation to generate the complete effect of scraping.

The Spring tension has the function for automatic compensation and shock absorption, there it can maintain fixed contact pressure and enhance the service life of the scraper. The modular design enables the blades to be assembled and fixed without use of screws thus facilitating maintenance and replacement, especially maintaining the flatness and straightness of the blade tips. The Tips are mounted on a cartridge so removal of the total cleaner is not necessary when replacing tips Plough and Angle return side cleaners are also available, either Painted or Stainless Steel.

E101 Belt Scraper

Applications
  • As a primary scraper when wet and sticky materials are conveyed.

  • E151 Belt Scraper

    Applications
  • As a primary scraper to ensure maximum removal of wet and fine carryback.
  • Specifically designed for use on belts using metal fastener systems.
  • Ideally suited for conveyors where belts of differing thicknesses have been joined together.
  • Used in conjunction with torsion arm mountings to accomodate different belt thicknesses on the same conveyor and excessive belt movement due to pulley eccentricity, thereby ensuring constant pressure with the belt.

    Applications
  • Universal choice for all normal cleaning applications.
  • Not suitable for mounting directly onto the head pulley.
  • Used in conjunction with torsion arm mountings to accomodate different belt thicknesses on the same conveyor and excessive belt movement due to pulley eccentricity, thereby ensuring constant pressure with the belt.
  • Selection of correct blade material gives optimim blade life under all operating conditions and conveyed materials.

  • Not suitable for mounting directly onto the head pulley.

  • Used in conjunction with torsion arm mountings to accomodate different belt thicknesses on the same conveyor and excessive belt movement due to pulley eccentricity, thereby ensuring constant pressure with the belt.

    E401 V-Plough

    Applications
  • The E401 V-Plough is designed to be easily installed on a trailing configuration on the inner surface of a conveyor belt return strand just before any nip position to remove and thus prevent any material which has spilled onto the inner surface from being carried into the nip.
  • Where material can only be discharged on one side of the conveyor belt, or the belt is reversible, use the E501 angle plough.

    E501 Angle Plough

    Applications
  • The E501 Angle Plough is used as a substitute for the E401 V-Plough when the material scraped off the belt surface can only be discharged to one side of the belt.
  • For use on reversible belts.

    Applications
  • As a Primary Scraper, working in the head pulley zone, bot in contact with the belt.
  • Used in conjunction with BRELKO Primary and Secondary scrapers.
  • Particularly suited for mud-rush and severe carry back situations.
  • Suitable for all types of conveyor belts and metal fastener systems.

  • The scraper can be fitted with torsion arm mountings to accommodate different belt thicknesses on the same conveyor, excessive belt movement due to pulley eccentricity and any deflection caused by using the scraper on a reversible belt.
